You Can't Escape From Time

from Revolution is Now by Collapsing Opposites

It’s not a circle and it’s not a line.
I don’t know just what shape it is, but I sure know that time is an
immersion. You cannot get out of the pool!
It’s our dimension. You cannot ever leave your school!

Where are you going to go when all the things you do are gone?
Like forty million hours from now, you surely will belong to the
ether or maybe just some plants.
I can’t remember, nor see a level past.

Temporal reality;
revolutionary geometry.

We all make mistakes – I know that I have failed you too,
like on that one occasion when I shouted out to you, “you can
escape it!” Because you can’t escape from time.
You’ll never make it until you’re out of time.

You can’t… You can’t… You can’t… You can’t…
You can’t… You can’t… You can’t… You can’t escape from time!

Time will carry on in its most helical of ways, and
we all know negation will continue to negate the
dialectic. Yeah, we’ve all heard that before. The
revolution? Or should we just keep plodding forth?

from Revolution is Now, released July 27, 2013
